The easiest dinner EVER. You can serve it in taco shells, over rice or egg noodles, or on sliders.
Ingredients
- 4 onions, sliced
- 2–3 pound chuck roast
- 1 jar stir fry sauce (make sure it doesn’t have more than 1-3 grams of added sugar)
Instructions
- Put sliced onions in a slow cooker
- Place chuck roast on top of onions
- Pour stir fry sauce over the meat
- Cook on low for 8 hours
- Shred and serve
