We eat a LOT of pancakes in this house. The boys are always going for their next PR (personal record), and I don’t want to miss out on the fun. These pancakes are made with my superfood shake, Shakeology, and topped with whatever fruit you have plus a drizzle of maple syrup.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology
- 1T almond flour
- 1t baking powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients and pour into a preheated pan sprayed with cooking oil
- These need to cook low and slow for longer than regular pancakes, so keep the heat down
- Add berries, flip when you see bubbles on top.
- Serve with more berries and a drizzle of pure maple syrup.
