Fantastic for tacos or nachos!
Ingredients
- 3–4 lb. pork butt/shoulder or loin roast
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 oranges, juiced
- 2 onions, quartered
- 2–3 cloves of garlic, smashed
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons salt, or more, to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place lime and orange juice, garlic, and onions in slow cooker
- Combine spices and rub liberally all over pork
- Place seasoned pork on top of onions and juice in slow cooker
- Cooke on low for 8 hours
