The kitchen is where we get lean. The gym is where we get strong.

It’s also where we release endorphins, work off stress, and give ourselves the best natural high there is.

I believe in meeting myself wherever I am on any particular day and not bringing ANY doubt, negative self talk, or limiting believes into my workouts.

That means I take out impact when I need to. I lighten up or drop weights when I need to. I push harder when I can, and make the most of every single rep.

I also believe in mixing up my workout programs and integrating new types of exercise on a regular basis.

This keeps my muscles guessing and building in different ways, prevents boredom from setting in, and most importantly introduces me to my next favorite thing.

I have a virtual gym on Zoom where you can meet up with other members or schedule a time to workout, and online accountability groups to keep you motivated and moving.

I partner with a company called BODI to provide the variety, professional direction on form, and motivation to keep me moving all year long.
