My philosophy on food is simple: no processed foods, TONS of water and veggies, real ingredients, and portions that are enough but not too much. That’s it.

I love to eat and I do not believe in deprivation, counting calories, eliminating carbs, Keto, Paleo, or any plan that eliminates entire groups of food (except crap – I do believe in eliminating crap).
I also love sweets, especially baked goods like cookies, cake, pie, and muffins. I still eat those things every day but I make homemade, healthy versions of them using things with almond flour, dates, cocoa powder, and, syrup or honey as sweetener, and my favorite superfood shake mix — Shakeology.
